In spring, Cesenatico organizes a food festival dedicated to Adriatic fish. The 2025 summer season begins with the flavor of tasty fish dishes with “Azzurro come il pesce” (Blue like fish), which will open its stands from dinner on Wednesday, April 30, but will get into full swing from May 1 to 4, 2025. Each year, the culinary proposals focus on a local fish product that each association, restaurant, or volunteer group will include in their menus. For 2025, the fish product promoted in the menus will be CUTTLEFISH.

The food stands will be located in the historic center, near the Leonardo canal port and there will be a large street market with artisanal and traditional products, typical foods, modern antiques and objects. Stands open from 11.30 to 15.30 and from 18 to 22

At Azzurro come il Pesce, every day, you can find entertainment events for adults and children, meetings and debates on fish and fishing, and from 1 to 4 May also the street market in the streets of the center.

A guided excursion by electric boat to spot different species of birds in the Salina. With a short walk we get closer to the pools where, if you are lucky, you can also admire many flamingos. A unique experience, in the southernmost point of the Po Delta Park!

From the Salina Visitor Center in Cervia we set off on an electric boat (a very simple boat with wooden benches that can carry around 35 people) that glides silently along the canals surrounding the Salina, where the water is shallow so you don't suffer from seasickness (minimum water depth in the canal 1.5 m, maximum 1.8 / 2 m; minimum water depth in the tanks in the Salina 5 cm, maximum 30 cm).
With the boat we approach the tanks and discover the many species of birds that populate the Salina. Unobserved we can capture moments of life of the animals, take photographs and immerse ourselves in incredible panoramas of water and sky.
A short walk takes us even closer to the pools where, if we are lucky, we can admire many pink flamingos. The Salina is the southernmost area of the Po Delta Park, a true paradise for birdwatchers!
